The nature of what we sell

All products on this site are digital downloads. Once a file has been delivered to your email or made available for download, it cannot be returned. That is why our default policy is no refunds after delivery.

When we do refund

We are reasonable people. If you accidentally bought the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge. If the file is corrupted or incomplete and we cannot fix it, we will refund you. If you never received your download link and we cannot resend it, we will refund you.

How to request a refund

Send an email to Nextdigitalworld.com@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We review every case individually. Most refund requests are handled within 3 to 5 business days.

What we do not refund

We do not refund based on changed mind, failure to read the product description, or unrealistic expectations about results. Our guides are honest about what they cover. Please read the description carefully before buying.

Payment disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to revoke your access to all purchased products and deny future purchases. We prefer to talk things through.
